Students majoring in religion are required to earn 30 hours in religion as follows:

6 s.h. from:

RELI 10 - (HP) What Is Religion? Semester Hours: 3
RELI 150 - (IS) Approaches to the Study of Religion Semester Hours: 3

9 s.h. chosen from:

three of the following groups below: C, D, E and F

3 s.h. from:

RELI 191 - Independent Study in Religious Studies Semester Hours: 1-3
(at least)

12 additional s.h. from:

any of the RELI or religion-related courses in groups A through G below.

100-level courses:

At least 18 of the 30 semester hours must be 100-level courses

RELI courses:

At least 21 of the 30 semester hours must be REL courses (JWST courses may be included per advisement)
