A Minor in Medicine, Culture, and Society consists of the successful completion of 18 semester hours, selected under advisement from the list of courses below, with at least 6 s.h. in residence, distributed as follows: At least 3 s.h. chosen from:
At least 3 s.h. chosen from the following humanities or interdisciplinary courses:
At least 3 s.h. chosen from the following social science or interdisciplinary courses:
At least 3 s.h. chosen from the following:
NOTE: MCS 100 is the recommended capstone course, but MCS 180 A-Z or MCS 182 can be substituted with the director’s approval. Remaining 6 s.h.:
The remaining 6 s.h. may be selected from any of the courses listed above. No more than 6 s.h. taken for this minor may count toward satisfying the requirements for any major or any other minor. |
