IT 228 - Information System Risk Management and Cybersecurity

A study of the fundamentals of information system risk management and cybersecurity. Topics include cyber system architecture, security risks, and vulnerabilities, security management practices, intrusion detection and prevention systems, a cyber risk mitigation strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: IT 203. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Frank G. Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements.
