MBA 350 - Strategic Decision Making in the Global Business Environment Semester Hours: 3
Fall, Spring
A capstone course integrating all of the functional areas of business administration using advanced data analytic techniques. Students learn to apply their previous MBA coursework in global corporate-level business strategy situations. Students will develop and present detailed analyses and recommendations toward the resolution of complex business problems within a company or industry in a global setting that must be supported by appropriate analytical techniques and documentation of research and analysis. Written and/or oral reports are required. Additional pedagogical methods, such as the development of business plans, case or field reports, or simulations may be used.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: ACCT 203 , FIN 203 , MGT 203 , MKT 203 , IT 203 , BAN 203 and MBA 214 .
Credit towards MBA program given for MBA 360 or MBA 350, and not both.
Open only to matriculated Frank G. Zarb School of Business graduate students.
