ISI 201 - Cultural Diversity and Global Perspectives: An Interdisciplinary Workshop in the Humanities and Social Sciences This course explores different ideas about cultural diversity,
multiculturalism and globalism through an examination of insights
provided by different academic disciplines, including history,
anthropology, sociology, psychology, biology, education, and
literature. Students establish critical concepts and use them to
analyze race and ethnic relations in the United States, western and
non-western societies and world literature.
