PHA 115 - Physical Diagnosis ISemester Hours: 3 Fall
This course has both lecture and laboratory components. The lecture component introduces the student to the concepts and techniques of medical interviewing, obtaining an accurate history and performing a complete and thorough physical examination. The laboratory sessions emphasize the theory and practical skills necessary to perform a complete physical examination. The sessions are taught in small group format.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Open only to students enrolled in the professional phase of the Physician Assistant Program. No liberal arts credit.
