ENGG 185 - Methods of Random Processes Fall
Systematic development of the concept of probability and random process
theory. Topics include probability and set theory, random variables,
density and distribution functions, multivariate distributions,
sampling statistics and distributions, central limit theorem,
estimation and the philosophy of applied statistics. The material
covered is applied to problems in engineering and the physical sciences.
Prerequisites & Notes MATH 20. Same as CSC 185.
