ENGL 148 - 20th-Century American Poetry
Periodically
Readings in the poets of the Modern period, such as Eliot, Pound, Frost, Moore, and Stevens, as well as an exploration of a variety of Postmodernisms, including such writers as Bishop, Roethke, Lowell, Ginsberg, Kinnell, Plath, and Rich.
Prerequisites & Notes
ENGL 1 and 2. Open only to students who have fulfilled the English Proficiency Exam requirement. Credit given for this course or New College HLG 15 or HLG 60E.
