ENGL 112 - Elizabethan and Jacobean Drama

Periodically
An exploration of the drama exclusive of Shakespeare in the 16th and 17th centuries. In addition to considering questions of language, form, genre and performance, this course explores the relationship of selected plays to political, social, philosophical and theological concerns of the age.

Prerequisites & Notes
ENGL 1 and 2. Open only to students who have fulfilled the English Proficiency Exam requirement. Credit given for this course or New College HD 15D, not both.
