PSY 183 - Capstone Research Integration Course
Once a year
Provides a capstone experience in which students integrate the
knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior and leadership
that they acquire in other courses in the concentration. Students work
together in small groups on a single project throughout the term. Each
group selects a research topic in consultation with the instructor. The
project requires that data be collected from an industrial, public,
voluntary, or non-profit organization. Using valid diagnostic
procedures, students examine the psychological, structural,
environmental, political, and cultural factors that affect organization
systems.
