SED 112 - Teaching Instrumental Music
Spring
The purpose of this course is to explore all aspects of the instrumental music
education program from grade 4 through 12. This course will serve as a study of
how to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all areas of primary and secondary
school instrumental music education. Classroom observations (20 hours) and lesson
demonstrations are required at the secondary level.
Prerequisites & Notes
For undergraduates, SED 111. There is a material fee of $10. (Formerly SED 111,
112, The Teaching of Music.)
Credits: 3 s.h.
