PESP 42 - Lifeguard Training
Once a year
The purpose of this course is to focus attention on the skills and knowledge
required for an individual to assume the responsibilities of a lifeguard at a
swimming pool or a protected (nonsurf) open-water beach. Upon completion of this
course, students may be eligible for certification from the American Red Cross
in lifeguard training, standard first aid and adult CPR.
