QM 146 - Statistical Techniques for Total Quality Management
Once a year
Modern statistical techniques for the implementation of Total Quality Management. Statistical methods including controlcharts and process capability, and acceptance sampling for variables and attributes are discussed. Other topics include Taguchi methods, information technology and quality, and management of the quality improvement process.
Prerequisites & Notes
QM 122, or the equivalent and permission of the department chairperson.
