ASTR 012: (NS) Stars and GalaxiesSemester Hours: 3 This course concerns the elementary treatment of stellar and galactic astronomy, tracing the development of ideas to the present time. The accompanying laboratory illustrates measurements appropriate to stellar and galactic astronomy (2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory). Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Credit given for this course or ASTR 10, not both.
