GS 100 - Honors Essay

Semester Hours: 3
Periodically
Research and writing of a substantial essay in the field of global studies.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
Open only to qualified global studies majors who have attained senior standing, who wish to graduate with departmental honors, and who secure, before registration, written permission of the chairperson and of the instructor who will supervise the essay; cumulative grade point average of at least 3.4; minimum grade point average of 3.5 in the global studies major. May not be taken on a Pass/D+/D/Fail basis.
