PESP 025 - Fitness for LifeSemester Hours: 2 Fall, Spring
An activity course designed to improve one’s fitness and to gain
knowledge regarding aerobic fitness and weight control. Improvement of
fitness is gained through activities including walking, jogging,
resistive and exercise machines. Gaining of information regarding body
percent fat, weight control, consumer nutrition, exercise prescription
and stress reduction are included.
