PHYS 118A - Modern Physics

Semester Hours: 3
Fall
Elements of relativity and atomic spectra, foundations of quantum theory, selected topics in wave mechanics, nuclear physics and solid state physics. 

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
PHYS 12A or 18. It is strongly recommended to take PHYS 118B concurrently. (Formerly PHYS 118.)
