SPCH 209 - Developmental Psycholinguistics Fall, Spring
An in-depth study of the multiple factors affecting spoken and written language
development. Developmental variation, cognitive, cultural, pragmatic, environmental
and familial aspects are explored. Research in developmental psycholinguistics,
literacy, bilingualism, and discourse processes is examined.
Prerequisites & Notes SPCH 102 or equivalent; or permission. Students are required to complete field
research of language behavior.
