This didactic and experiential course examines the theoretical basis of effectiveness
training, as well as skills suggested for the improvement of communications and
relationships. Included in the program are: evaluating behavior, problem ownership,
Imessages, active listening and problem solving.
Prerequisites & Notes COUN 223 or permission of program adviser.
