SPED 209 - Early Intervention: Infant Stimulation Spring
This course will examine needs of infants and toddlers with varying disabling
conditions including the health needs of premature, low birth weight and other
medically fragile babies. Specific methods and materials for working in home and
centerbased programs will be presented and implemented, as well as development
of an IFSP or IEP, incorporating both child and family members in partnership
with related services professionals. Course requirements will include 20 clock
hours to implement curricula for infants and toddlers with disabilities.
