SPED 238 - Field Experience Fall, Spring, Summer
Designed for students in advanced certificate, extension or annotation programs
to provide practice within an educational setting for a minimum of 50 clock hours
with students with exceptionalities at the early childhood, childhood, middle
childhood or adolescent developmental level. Weekly seminars are held. Students
are required to maintain a log describing and reflecting on their teaching activities,
individual case studies and/or collaborative consultation techniques that they
employ.
Prerequisites & Notes Permission of adviser. Applications must be filed by October 1 for the Spring
semester and March 1 for the Fall semester. Pass/Fail grade only.
Credits: 3 s.h.
