EADM 320 - Exploring the Field of Educational Administration: An Introduction to Doctoral Studies
Fall, Spring
This two-semester sequence introduces doctoral students to the field of educational
administration. Students develop a broad understanding of the field of educational
administration, explore the history of inquiry in the field as well as current
issues, and become familiar with its professional resources and organizations.
Students also develop an understanding of doctoral study in the FLPS Department,
articulate their own interests, and learn the skills and techniques required for
doctoral study.
