APS 373 - The Student in American Higher Education
Spring
Examination of student enrollment patterns in higher education in the United
States; explores the relationship between demographic, economic and social characteristics
such as age, academic aptitude, gender, race, religion, ethnology, social attitudes,
socioeconomic background and career expectations on student behavior, attitude,
and motivation; and assesses the impact of these changes on education policies,
programs and services.
