MHAE 234 - Implementing the Standards in Health Education

This course reviews the New York State Standards as they apply to the teaching of health education PreK-12. The course prepares teachers to design learning experiences that make the shift from knowledgebased to skills based instruction and understand the key elements of standard based assessment as they apply to health education.
