MHAE 236 - Ambulatory Health Services in Correctional Institutions Once a year
Introduction to the issues surrounding the provision of quality healthcare services
to inmate populations. The historical perspective, legal and ethical concerns,
correctional/medical interfaces, staffing needs and cost containment strategies
and other pertinent topics are studied.
