MHAE 275 - AIDS Education
Summer
An overview of the etiology of the disease, causes, treatment options, prevention
and related social and political implications. The developmental issues that influence
age-appropriate curricula selection and techniques for teaching in the classroom
are discussed. Planning community, peer and parental educational programs and
the use of resources and referrals are explored.
Credits: 1.5 s.h.
