MFT 207 - Parent Education for Educators Fall
This course examines the more relevant socio-historical changes in parenting
roles. It explores different parenting styles in terms of providing children with
maximum growth potential, taking into account cultural and gender similarities
and differences. A main focus of this course is to assist educators and school
personnel with the information, tools, and skills necessary to design a parent
education program. A life-cycle perspective is the backdrop of the presentations.
