READ 363 - Seminar: Evaluation of Research in Reading Spring
This two-semester course acquaints doctoral students with the basic studies related
to reading and writing instruction. Reading and writing studies, theories, and
models grounded in psychology and physiology are stressed along with studies related
to curriculum and instruction. Students study and evaluate a variety of classic
and contemporary research reports. Students are responsible for developing the
related literature for their own dissertation topics.
Prerequisites & Notes READ 361, 362. Pass/Fail grade only.
Credits: 3 s.h.
