MSPE 230A - Student Teaching in Physical Education: Elementary

Student teaching is a full semester experience consisting of eight weeks at the
elementary level for students in the M.S. in Health or Physical Education. The
student is in the school the equivalent of four and one-half days each week. The
experience may include participation in the afterschool program. A seminar is
conducted in conjunction with student teaching.
Prerequisites & Notes Hofstra students must complete MSPE 230B in order to receive credit for MSPE
230A. Course is open to graduate students only. Does not count toward degree requirements.
