EMBA 400 - Initial Executive M.B.A. Residency

The Initial Executive M.B.A. Residency takes place over two days on the Hofstra
campus. The objectives of the Residency are 1) to fully explore the composition
and curriculum of the E.M.B.A. Program in the context of the professional and
educational objectives of the class; 2) to provide an overview of the most current
technologies and information resources utilized in the program; 3) to interact
with administrators, faculty, and alumni of the Zarb School as well as with senior
managers from the public and private sectors; and 4) to allow for discussion of
the meaning of managing in a global environment and what the unique challenges
of this are for effective contemporary managers.
