LEGL 201 - Legal, Political, Regulatory and Ethical Environment of Business Fall, Spring
Overview of the United States legal and political systems and governmental regulation
as they relate to modern business practice. Case analyses are actively used for
discussions of business contracts, partnerships, ethics, the Uniform Commercial
Code, negotiable instruments, property and banking transactions, and compliance
with local, state, federal, and emerging international regulations.
Prerequisites & Notes Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students and/or matriculated
School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students where appropriate.
