LEGL 210 - Accountants’ Liability and Ethics Periodically
Focus on various types of legal liability to which accountants may be exposed
including common law liability and statutory liability under federal statutory
law and blue sky laws. Various ethical issues that accountants face in their practices
are also discussed.
Prerequisites & Notes Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students and/or matriculated
School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students where appropriate
