QM 255 - Quality Management and Statistical Quality Control
Periodically
Criteria for quality in a wide range of business and organizational activities,
managerial roles in quality assurance, total quality system approach, vendor quality
control, quality cost programs, quality motivation programs, quality circles,
quality control in service industries, quality reporting information systems and
statistical techniques for quality assurance. Course emphasizes case oriented
approach.
Prerequisites & Notes
QM 203. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students and/or
matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students where
appropriate.
