FIN 213 - Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Investing
Once a year
Essential principles of entrepreneurial spirit, skills, and risk rewards associated
with venture capital investing. Financial analysis of business, and risk and return
characteristics; discussion of the various financing sources and the required
returns to venture capital investors. Students acquire real-world exposure through
the development of strategic and business plans and the presentation of venture
capital proposals to business professionals.
Prerequisites & Notes FIN 203. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students
and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students
where appropriate.
