Public expenditure and revenue decision-making with emphasis on program budgeting,
benefit-cost analysis and other efficient budgeting and cash management techniques.
Federal, state and local experience with modern financial management programs
are examined. Analysis of the effects of alternative tax and other government
policies on resource allocation and financial management. Principles of debt and
other financing problems at all government levels.
Prerequisites & Notes FIN 203. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students
and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students
where appropriate.
