Review of the Federal Office of Management and Budget, Congressional Budget Office
and General Accounting Office (GAO) systems of program evaluation. Study to determine
the techniques of standards formulation to rate program achievement and operations
efficiency and to develop the skills and knowledge to measure and ascertain program
impact.
Prerequisites & Notes MGT 207. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students
and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students
where appropriate.
