MGT 208 - Training and Development Once a year
Concepts, principles and conditions of learning as applied to the training, education
and development of human resources in profit and nonprofit organizations. Train-the-trainer
instruction is provided for developing and implementing practical programs used
in these organizations including needs analyses, program design, subject matter,
resources, facilities, materials, evaluation and follow-up.
Prerequisites & Notes MGT 207. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students
and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students
where appropriate.
