MKT 240 - Advanced Sales Management


Periodically
An analytical and quantitative course in managing sales. Topics include complex organizational structures, recruitment and motivation techniques, sales forecasting methods, budgeting, quotas, territory allocation and management, marketing models, compensation packages, expense accounts, sales and cost analysis, and the legal environment.

Prerequisites & Notes
MKT 203. Open only to matriculated Zarb School of Business graduate students and/or matriculated School of Education and Allied Human Services graduate students where appropriate.
