OCE 80 - Off-Campus Education Field Project and Basic Learning ReportSemester Hours: 1-4
OCE internships and apprenticeships combine experiential activity at an off-campus site with academic reading and study. Field projects may be undertaken in any academic discipline or through an interdisciplinary approach. Every OCE field project must include a writing requirement, the “Basic Learning Report.” For additional information, consult the New College publication “Off-Campus Education: Field Project Guidelines,” available from the New College Dean’s Office.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
Permission of the New College Dean’s Office. May be repeated for credit when topics vary.
