MGT 220 - Management of Change, Creativity and Innovation Semester Hours: 3
Once a Year
Presents theoretical and practical dimensions of the processes by which change, creativity and innovation may best manifest in an organizational setting. An understanding of theories of change serves as the basis for understanding how creativity may spark innovation, and how innovation can best align with and drive an organization’s mission and strategy. Major theories, current practices, ethical and social impact considerations are explored through case studies and dialogue.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MGT 207 or approved equivalent. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Frank G. Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements.
