PSC 127 - Constitutional LawSemester Hours: 3 Fall
The Constitution is a legal and political document which, as interpreted by the Supreme Court, mediates and resolves the struggle for power between the branches and levels of government. This course is intended to provide an introduction to the key constitutional themes (and their operation) of separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism.
