PSC 128 - The Constitution: Political Freedom and Civil Liberties

Civil liberties are those basic rights and freedoms (including speech, press, privacy, religion, and due process) that are guaranteed both explicitly in the Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution.  This class is intended to provide an introduction to American Civil Liberties by having you read and brief Supreme Court cases.
