PSC 129 - (BH) The Administration of Justice in AmericaSemester Hours: 3 Spring
The American criminal justice process must balance two contradictory policies: (1) crime control stressing safety; and (2) due process stressing liberty. This course, through the use of historical and contemporary criminal cases, examines the theoretical, ideological, and procedural aspects of the criminal justice system and the process in pursuit of these goals.
