FST 150 - (IS) Independent Readings in Food StudiesSemester Hours: 1-3 Fall, January, Spring, Summer
Individualized readings course to permit the student to pursue topics of special interest. Students will prepare oral and written reports based upon their readings.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Open to students who have completed 9 semester hours of course work in Food Studies or with permission of program director. May be repeated for credit when topics vary.
