This program provides an interdisciplinary exploration of important foundational and policy issues in education and a basic introduction to educational leadership in higher education settings. The program provides flexible course delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Students can complete degree requirements on-site, online, or a combination of on-site and online courses. A distance learning (DL) course is equivalent to its on-site version.

Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Three letters of recommendation;
- Detailed resume of professional experiences; and
- Comprehensive statement of professional goals and objectives.

Area 1. Concentration: Leadership in Higher Education Settings - Semester Hours: 27
Area 2. Elective Hours - Semester Hours: 6
Students must choose a minimum of 6 s.h. from the courses below: Area 3. Completion Project - Semester Hours: 3
Graduation Requirements
- Completion of all program requirements; and
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in overall graduate course work.
