ENGG 163 - Mechanics of Solids and Properties of Materials Laboratory

Spring
Experimental determination of the properties of engineering materials. Behavior of solids subjected to axial, flexural and torsional stresses. Investigation of creep characteristics, microscopic examination of heat treated metals, introduction to nondestructive testing of materials.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
ENGG 028 . Corequisite: ENGG 027 . No liberal arts credit.
