The process of selecting life-long activities and practices that would achieve
a healthful living style. Through specific academic and seminar experiences, students
understand the many dimensions of well-being inherent in the ability to reach
their own individual health potential. Topics include stress management, weight
control, basic nutrition, sports injuries, etc.
