MATH 071 - (MC) Analytic Geometry and Calculus I

Semester Hours: 4
Fall, Spring
Limits, derivatives, techniques of differentiation, trigonometric functions, curve sketching, applications of the derivative, integrals, applications of the integral. Meets five hours each week. 

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MATH 050  with grade C- or better or departmental placement. No credit for both this course and MATH 061  or 061A . Exceptions may be made with permission from the department chairperson. May not be taken after MATH 072 . (Formerly MATH 19.)
