MATH 061A - (MC) Basic CalculusSemester Hours: 3 Fall, Spring
This is a terminal course that should not be taken by students who wish to continue in mathematics. Functions, limits, differentiation, and integration, with some applications.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: High School precalculus or equivalent or MATH 006A or Math Proficiency/Placement scores as interpreted by advisement. . MATH 050 strongly recommended. No credit given for both this course and MATH 061 or 071 . May not be taken after MATH 071 . For those interested in continuing with calculus, see MATH 071B . (Formerly MATH 10.)
